randy-gallery-01I believe my concept and what I am doing is fantastic. How so you may ask? First, maybe I am a little old school. I believe the agents best tool is other agents. Sure the internet and other advertising is great,  my belief is that the best tool is the MLS system (multiple listing service) for selling your property.  When I list list your property immediately 350+ agents (in Tuolumne County) have access to view all the information on your property.  The other agents may need to sell real estate as they have bills and families etc.

They can also make more Money than me. I give them a bigger split of the total commission. Example, I list your home for 4 3/4%, in many cases I give the selling office 3% and I keep only 1 3/4% myself, unless of course, should I bring in the buyer as well then I would receive the full 4 3/4%. A bigger office may have 20, 30 , or even 40+ agents, ultimately all of us have the same number of agents working on selling your listing (350+) the agents that are members of the MLS. Having a smaller operation I have developed a stream lined cost efficient system. I provide FULL SERVICE, and give you maximum exposure and may save you alot of $$$.

In addition to being a member of the Tuolumne Co. MLS, I also belong to the Calaveras and the Metro MLS which has numerous agents and covers a large area. In the past year or so, I have sold homes in Roseville, Hughson, Oakdale,Copperopolis, and of course many in Tuolumne County. I have worked with many other agents and enjoy doing so.
