About Me
I went to West Valley College in Saratoga CA.- Graduated with a A.S. degree in administration of justice. In 1983 I sold my San Jose Condo and bought my first home in Tuolumne County. In 1985 I obtained my Real Estate License. Then my R.E. Brokers license. I worked with a few big franchises then started my discount Real Estate Brokerage firm. In 2003 I changed the name to 4 3/4% Realty Group (from Castle Creek Realty) . I believe I am a innovator in the discount brokerage field.
I have a Daughter who lives out of state, she is in elementary school. She on occasion accompanies her dad (in the summer) when I show homes. I work out a little, attend church. it’s all good!
I do have one vice, I love Cars!
